I declare in good faith that I know and acknowledge that the games within YAKUPARK facilities carry a risk if I do not fully and meticulously comply with the safety instructions provided by YAKUPARK's staff and instructors. I also declare that I know and acknowledge, based on the prior instruction I have received, that there are games in which minors and certain adults with specific conditions are prohibited from entering, which have been adequately and thoroughly explained to me at YAKUPARK. As such, I guarantee and commit to entering and only allowing minors under my care to enter the games that are permitted and previously authorized by YAKUPARK. In case of non-compliance with YAKUPARK staff instructions, I will assume the consequences of my actions, releasing YAKUPARK from liability for my own acts.

Furthermore, I declare, through this letter of risk acknowledgment, risk assumption and responsibility, and release of liability, that I take responsibility for any type of physical and/or emotional harm that may be caused to me and to minors entering the Park under my care and representation, within YAKUPARK, as I am aware that there are risks and dangers in participating in these types of aquatic activities, committing to protect my integrity, that of the minors in my care, and that of other participants.

Likewise, I commit to respect and ensure that minors under my care respect all rules, regulations, and instructions required at YAKUPARK, which I will obey and comply with as I have been informed about the correct and proper use of the games, provided by the instructors and/or staff, prior to entering the facilities. Additionally, I declare that I will comply and ensure compliance by minors under my care with the following:

1. We will not enter under the influence of alcoholic beverages, drugs, medications, and/or any substance that limits our bodily mobility or discernment.

2. We will not enter if pregnant, or if we suffer from any pre-existing injury and/or heart diseases. This also includes epilepsy and other chronic diseases of the nervous system. Understanding that the park's activities involve physical effort, therefore, if we fail to declare a pre-existing medical condition of our own or of one of the persons, we exempt YAKUPARK from all responsibility.

3. We will not remove safety equipment from entry to exit of the park.

4. Under no circumstances will we swim or dive under the inflatables.

5. We will not enter with jewelry or sharp objects, nor any objects such as glasses, wallets, keys, etc. Consequently, I agree to use the park in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with the regulations of each attraction and refraining from displaying any of the prohibited behaviors provided in this document. Nevertheless, I agree to indemnify YAKUPARK for any damage, loss, claim, cost, or expense of any kind, which it must incur to repair the facilities or attractions of the park, bodily or material goods of third parties and/or staff of the establishment that are caused by actions deployed by me or by persons under my care or by omissions of the same during their stay in the park.

6. I waive on my own behalf and on behalf of the minors under my care, to initiate and/or be part of a judicial, administrative, criminal and/or extrajudicial action that directly or indirectly seeks to impose some type of sanction, declaration of responsibility or demand some type of compensation for damages against YAKUPARK, its employees and/or related companies, for all acts, omissions or events occurring during my stay and the stay of minors under my care at YAKUPARK.

7. I release YAKUPARK, its employees and/or related companies from liability on my own behalf and on behalf of the minors under my care, for any accident during my stay at YAKUPARK, which generates direct, indirect or incidental damage, minor injuries, serious injuries, death, among others, in which I participate and the minors under my care participate on my own account, with full awareness of the risks to which I expose them.

8. I guarantee that in case I am not the parent or legal representative of the minors I registered in this document, I have been conferred by the parent or legal representative the corresponding authorization to sign this document on their behalf.

9. I authorize YAKUPARK, for advertising purposes on YAKUPARK's social networks and website, to exhibit, reproduce and/or disseminate in any format my image and voice, which were recorded in the photos and/or videos of the activities and/or services that have been provided to me in their facilities. I declare that the use of my image and voice is free of charge, and will not give rise to economic compensation of any nature and under no circumstances in my favor.

10. I declare to sign this document on my own behalf and as a representative of the minors under my care, voluntarily releasing YAKUPARK from liability and having full knowledge of the implications and responsibilities contracted by signing it.
